MSP spearheaded the researching, contracting and scheduling efforts of 6500 recruitment events, taking place within a 12-week window across 850 Districts, spanning the 50 States and all US Territories. Our program team capitalized on existing partnerships and established new relationships with mall properties, special events/festivals and key partners. MSP was able to provide local AVON representatives with new avenues at which to recruit and established ongoing local relationships for them to leverage moving forward. As a result, AVON exceeded the company’s quarterly recruitment goal and established the next generation of sales leadership for the Brand.
